Does my ad spend go through you?

No. Your ad spend goes directly from your card to Google and Meta. We never touch your ad budget — we only charge our flat management fee. You have full visibility into what you're spending and where at all times. We can help you set up billing or work within an account you already own.

What's the minimum budget to get started?

We require a minimum of $500/month in ad spend — separate from and in addition to our management fee. Below that threshold, the data comes in too slowly to optimize effectively. Most clients starting out are in the $500–$1,500 range for ad spend, which pairs with our Starter plan.

How long does it take to see results?

Google Search campaigns typically show lead volume in 2–4 weeks — you're buying intent-driven clicks from people already searching for your service. Meta campaigns can take 4–6 weeks to optimize as the algorithm learns your audience. We set realistic expectations in your first report and flag early if something isn't trending right.

Do you write the ad copy?

Yes — writing the ads is part of what we do. We research your market, your competitors' messaging, and what's resonating locally before we write a single headline. Every month includes new ad creative on each active platform. You review before anything goes live if you prefer, or you can let us handle it end-to-end.

What if the ads aren't working?

We tell you. Every monthly report includes a clear explanation of what's working and what isn't — including our recommendation for what to change. There are no long-term contracts. If we're not delivering results after a reasonable optimization period (typically 60–90 days), we won't keep billing you for a plan that isn't working. We'd rather earn your business month to month.
