Boojee Clean locks a dedicated crew at booking, uses commercial-grade products, and produces a photographic service record every time — suitable for properties that can't afford a spotty outcome.

Yes — STR turnovers are a core use case. We integrate with your booking calendar for same-day turnovers, with a service record delivered before the next guest checks in. Multi-property and multi-unit operators get streamlined coordination through a single point of contact.

48 hours minimum for Essential and Deep Clean. 5 business days for Move-Ready. Estate Command requires a property walkthrough first — contact us to schedule.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full deposit refund. Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit. We're flexible on rescheduling — one reschedule per service at no charge.

We use professional-grade, commercial-strength cleaning products — not the store-brand bottles found on app-based services. Our standard product set is low-VOC and biodegradable. For clients with sensitivities or specific product requirements, notify us at booking and we'll accommodate. We never use bleach-heavy formulas in spaces with children or pets unless explicitly requested.

Yes, completely. Your crew arrives with commercial-grade vacuums, mops, microfiber systems, and all cleaning solutions. You don't need to supply anything. If your property has specific equipment you want used (a particular vacuum for pet hair, a specific mop system), just note it at booking and we'll work with what's on-site.

We have a 48-hour return policy with no questions asked. If something was missed or done below standard, call us within 48 hours and we return to correct it at zero charge. No escalation process, no franchise complaint queue. One call, one return. If we can't satisfy you on the return, you don't pay for that service.

Yes — when calibrated correctly. App-based services use one setting for everything. Boojee uses surface-specific PSI: high pressure for concrete and pavers, soft-wash for stucco, wood siding, and delicate stone. We assess every surface before we start and document it in the pre-service report. If a surface isn't appropriate for pressure washing, we'll tell you before we quote.

Yes. Fleet programs cover 3+ vehicles on a recurring basis at a fixed monthly rate. One-time multi-vehicle bookings get a 10% discount for 3 or more vehicles. You can also combine interior cleaning + vehicle detailing + jet washing into a single estate service day — we coordinate crew arrival and sequencing so everything is completed without multiple visits.

Yes — we offer marine detailing for vessels from day boats to large yachts. Services include hull scrub, teak care, cockpit and helm detail, canvas cleaning, and stainless polishing. A per-section condition report is delivered after every service. Request a marine quote for vessels over 40ft so we can scope the correct crew and equipment.

Yes. Post-construction cleaning requires a certified crew familiar with builder-site protocols — plaster dust, paint overspray, adhesive residue, and window sticker removal are all standard scope. We deliver a completion report suitable for GC closeout packages and insurance documentation. Available for residential renovations and new builds.
