No. Boojee Legal is a document preparation and administrative service — not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, appear in court, or establish attorney-client relationships. What we do: prepare clean, professional legal documents using attorney-reviewed templates, tailored to your specific situation. If you need legal advice or representation, we can connect you with qualified attorneys in our referral network.
How are documents customized to my situation?
Every document starts with an intake conversation — either a 30-minute call or our detailed intake form. You tell us who's involved, what the document needs to accomplish, your jurisdiction, and any specific requirements. We incorporate those details into the drafting and flag anything that might need attorney review. You're not getting a blank template with your name on it — you're getting a document drafted for your specific use case.
What if I need an actual attorney?
We'll tell you. If your situation involves litigation, complex regulatory compliance, contested disputes, or issues requiring legal judgment, we'll say so clearly and connect you with a qualified attorney in our network. We'd rather refer you to the right resource than overpromise on what document preparation can accomplish. Estate tier clients have direct access to our attorney referral network at no additional cost.
How long does turnaround take?
Most standard documents are delivered within 48 hours of a completed intake. Complex multi-party agreements or estate documents may take 3–5 business days. Business and Estate tier clients can request same-day rush delivery for urgent needs. We will confirm a delivery timeline with you during intake so there are no surprises.
Can I use these documents in any state?
Documents are drafted with your state's requirements in mind. During intake, we collect your jurisdiction and tailor accordingly. Some document types (particularly operating agreements and compliance policies) have state-specific requirements, and we flag those during drafting. For multi-state operations, we recommend the Business or Estate tier so a coordinator can manage jurisdictional variations across your document set.
