What does Boojee PM actually do?

Boojee PM is a browser-based property and project management dashboard. You manage bookings, guests, kanban tasks, maintenance, vendor invoices, financial tracking, and tenant/lease records — all in one place. All data is stored locally in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to a server (except AI features on Estate Command, which call a cloud endpoint).

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days free with full access to all features. A card is collected at signup but not charged until the trial ends — cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing.

Does the data sync across my devices?

No automatic cloud sync — and we say so upfront. Boojee PM runs entirely in your browser and stores all data locally via localStorage, so your data stays on your device and never leaves it. To move between devices (or to a new computer), use the built-in one-click Backup to download your complete data as a file, then Restore it on the other device. That same backup is your safety net if browser data is ever cleared. There is no automatic real-time sync.

Can I add my property manager or assistant?

Yes. Solo Operator supports up to 5 team members / delegates. Estate Command is unlimited. They can see and update their assigned tasks and bookings without access to billing or account settings.

Is this for short-term rentals, long-term rentals, or both?

What does the AI milestone generation do (Estate Command)?

You describe a project in plain language — "renovate the master bath, budget $85K, contractor starts July 8." The AI generates a structured milestone plan with task dependencies, vendor touchpoints, and risk flags. This feature calls a cloud API endpoint (not local). You edit the plan from there.
