Boojee Estate is an AI-powered private operating company organized as a portfolio of 26 independent revenue towers. Unlike traditional SaaS or service businesses that concentrate risk in a single product, Boojee distributes risk across lifestyle services, AI tools, knowledge products, community access, financial automation, and a utility token.

Each tower is a standalone business with its own revenue model, customer base, and growth curve. None depends on another to survive. All benefit from shared infrastructure: the agent fleet, the estate brand, the Cognito authentication layer, and the member network.

High-complexity lifestyle operators — business owners with multiple properties, active companies, and demanding personal infrastructure — are underserved by every existing tool category. Enterprise software is overkill. Consumer apps are too thin. What this cohort needs is a real operating system.

Five AI agents operate continuously across dedicated EC2 instances, replacing the equivalent of a 12-person team at a fraction of the labor cost. $BOOJEE — utility-first.

$BOOJEE is a Solana SPL utility token with a fixed supply of 420.69M tokens. It is not an investment vehicle and makes no promise of returns. We operate with full transparency on risk. These are the primary factors any participant should weigh:

  • Early Stage Most towers are pre-revenue or early revenue. The estate is being built live. Revenue figures cited represent potential at target customer density, not current actuals.
  • Execution Risk The AI agent fleet provides significant operational leverage but requires ongoing human oversight, prompt maintenance, and infrastructure management. Fleet downtime or model changes create execution gaps.
  • Regulatory Token classification ($BOOJEE) is subject to evolving U.S. and international securities and commodity law. Credit repair services (Credit Autopilot) operate under FCRA and CROA. Changes to either regulatory environment may require product modifications.
  • Market Risk SMB and premium consumer spending is cyclically sensitive. A contraction in discretionary spending among our target cohort would compress conversion across service and subscription towers simultaneously.
