Do I need a data warehouse?
Not necessarily. For the Starter package, we often connect directly to your source systems using API or native connectors — no warehouse required. For the Full BI Stack, we assess whether a lightweight data warehouse (BigQuery free tier, DuckDB, or Redshift) makes sense based on your data volume and sources. If you need one, setup is included in the project scope.
Which BI tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic and work with Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, and Superset. If you already have a tool licensed, we build in it. If you're starting fresh, we recommend the right tool for your team size, budget, and technical comfort. Our most common recommendation for SMBs is Looker Studio (free) or Metabase (open-source self-host).
What data sources can you connect?
Our standard connectors include Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Stripe, Square, Toast, Lightspeed, and 40+ more via Fivetran, Airbyte, or custom API. If your stack isn't on the list, we'll scope a custom connector during the intake call — no extra charge for common integrations.
How long does setup take?
Starter Dashboard: 5–7 business days from data access approval. Full BI Stack: 10–14 business days. Both timelines assume you can provide read-only credentials within 48 hours of kickoff. Complex data environments or custom source systems may extend timelines by 3–5 days — we'll flag it during the intake call, not after we've started.
What happens after delivery?
You own everything. Your BI tool, your dashboards, your data — no vendor lock-in. We include a 30-day support window for fixes and configuration changes. After that, we offer ongoing BI maintenance retainers at $298/month if you want Boojee monitoring your dashboards and evolving them as your business grows.
