Which email platform do you recommend?
It depends on your business type. For brick-and-mortar retail and service businesses just getting started, we usually recommend Mailchimp — generous free tier, easy to use, and excellent for the broadcast-first model. For e-commerce businesses on Shopify, Klaviyo is the clear winner thanks to deep native integration and revenue attribution. For coaches, consultants, and service providers, Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is our preference — cleaner automation and a tag-based system that scales elegantly. We configure whichever makes most sense for you, and we'll tell you exactly why before we start.
How fast will my list grow?
That depends on your traffic and how aggressively you promote the opt-in. A business with consistent foot traffic or an active website has more sign-up opportunities than one just getting started, and in-store QR codes add subscribers from customers who are already buying from you. The welcome sequence keeps new subscribers engaged from day one. We report subscriber growth monthly so you can see exactly where it's coming from and where to push harder.
Will email hurt my sender reputation or land in spam?
