The baseline control layer for property robots: mower runs, vac/mop status, maintenance logs, before/after proof, and safety events.
Yard Bots
Immediate mower lane for estate maintenance. Yarbo, Mammotion, Husqvarna, and Navimow get compared by property fit, terrain, theft risk, and service support.
Walking House Robot
Humanoid helper lane for laundry pickup, carrying, sorting, and eventually folding. 1X NEO and Unitree-style dev kits are watched without pretending the future is already maid-ready.
BOOJEE Dispatch
Private chauffeur booking for Dev/driver availability: status, pickup/destination requests, approvals, ETAs, and reliability gates.
BOOJEE Pay
Cash-app-style interface experiments for payment links, fake ledgers, invoices, and approval-gated revenue flows. No stored-balance claims until licensed rails exist.
