Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Your digital loyalty card is delivered via text message or QR code scan — it saves directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in two taps. Customers with older phones get a web-based version that works in any browser. Zero app store friction means dramatically higher enrollment rates.
How do customers redeem rewards?
Customers show their digital card at checkout and the cashier enters a simple code, or your POS integration handles it automatically. Redemption can also be done via a unique link texted to the customer. We design the flow around how your business already operates — no new hardware required.
Can I set my own reward rules?
Absolutely. You choose every detail: how many points per dollar, what each point is worth, what rewards are available, what the tiers are named, and which behaviors earn bonus points. We advise on what works in your vertical, then build exactly what you decide on.
What happens if I cancel?
You own your customer data — period. We export your full member list, point balances, and transaction history in a standard CSV format before cancellation. There are no lock-in terms. We also provide a 30-day wind-down period so you can communicate to members and transition smoothly.
How do you prevent loyalty fraud?
Every card is tied to a verified phone number. Redemption requires a live digital card (no screenshots). Our system flags unusual patterns — multiple redemptions per day, large single-transaction redemptions, and geolocation mismatches — and alerts you automatically. Per-period redemption caps are also available.
