Do I need a specific POS system?

No. We configure within most major POS systems — Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed — and standalone loyalty apps. We'll confirm compatibility during intake so you know before you sign up.

How do customers enroll?

Phone number at checkout is the most common method — fast and frictionless. We also build enrollment landing pages and print-ready QR codes for in-store display, so customers can join from their phone while they wait.

What if customers forget their points?

We run regular balance reminder campaigns — it's part of the communication calendar. Members who see their balance regularly are significantly more likely to visit to redeem. Forgetting is the enemy of loyalty; we fight it on your behalf.

Can we run a program without a POS?

Yes. We can run phone-number-based programs that don't require any POS integration at all — particularly good for service businesses like salons, tutors, pet groomers, and contractors who don't run a traditional register.
