Can I keep my existing business number?
Yes. We port your existing number to the new VoIP system. The transfer takes 3–7 business days and there is zero downtime — calls keep coming in throughout the process. Your customers never notice the switch.
Does this work on my cell phone?
Yes — that is the point. VoIP works on smartphones via a mobile app (iOS and Android), desktop computers, and IP desk phones if you want them. Most clients use their existing cell phones. No new hardware is required. You get a professional business number that rings right in your pocket.
What if I have multiple locations?
Multi-location is fully supported. Tell us on the intake form how many locations you have and we will quote flat-rate. We configure separate IVR trees, extensions, and routing for each location — all under one account, or separate accounts, depending on your preference.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The setup fee is one-time. Monthly management is month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days notice. The VoIP platform itself (RingCentral, OpenPhone, etc.) may have its own billing terms, which we will review with you before setup begins.
Can you set up the voicemail greeting?
Yes. We script, record, and configure your auto-attendant greeting as part of the setup. For the Business and Enterprise packages this includes a full IVR script. We can also coach your team on recording their own extension voicemail greetings. Professional tone from the first ring.
