Do you use your own photographers or freelancers?
We have a curated network of vetted local photographers across 200+ cities. We manage the relationship — you never have to deal with freelancer dynamics directly. We source, vet, brief, and hold them accountable to our standard. If something isn't right, that's our problem to solve, not yours.
What if I don't like the photos?
We include one round of re-edit with every shoot. If there's a fundamental style mismatch — something that can't be fixed in post — we'll schedule a reshoot at no cost. It's rare, because our briefs are thorough. But if it happens, we make it right.
Can you shoot in my city?
We have coverage in 200+ cities across the US. Fill out the intake form with your location and we'll confirm availability in your market. If we don't have a photographer match yet in your area, we'll tell you honestly and get on expanding coverage there.
What format are the files delivered in?
Every delivery includes web-optimized JPEG (fast-loading, site-ready), print-ready TIFF (full resolution for print collateral), and social-ready crops (platform-optimized dimensions for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and ads) — all organized in one gallery. You'll know exactly what to use for what.
How soon can we schedule?
Most shoots are booked within 5–7 business days of confirmed intake. Estate Coverage clients get priority scheduling — first available slots across our photographer network. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the intake form and we'll work around it.
