Boojee Reputation is the full stack: we monitor 50+ platforms (not just review sites), track mentions in social media and news, alert you when anything negative surfaces anywhere on the web, correct listing inconsistencies, and run suppression campaigns when needed. Reviews is one tool. Reputation is the whole operation.
Can you remove a Google review?
No one can guarantee removal of a Google review — including Google. What we can do: file a policy violation report for reviews that contain prohibited content (hate speech, conflicts of interest, off-topic content, fake reviews), which Google may act on. For reviews that don't violate policy, we draft a professional response that frames the situation for future prospects, and we build positive content around the negative to minimize its visible impact. Removal is possible; it's just never guaranteed.
What if I already have a 4.9 rating?
You still need monitoring. Do you monitor social media?
Yes — on Protect and Command tiers. Social monitoring includes public posts that mention your business name or tagged handle on Facebook and Instagram, public Reddit threads, and indexed blog posts. We don't have access to private or closed-group content (that would require platform-level access we don't have). Direct messages and private mentions aren't captured — only public-facing content that could influence prospect perception.
