What We Handle

Before, during, and after your trip.

Three phases of coverage — so nothing falls through the cracks no matter where you are in the journey.

Pre-Trip Planning

  • Destination research & recommendations
  • Flight options — optimal routing, upgrades, fare alerts
  • Hotel vetting (right-fit, not just 5-star)
  • Restaurant reservations at top venues
  • Activity planning & curated experiences
  • Visa, entry requirements & documentation
  • Travel insurance review & recommendations

Day-of Coordination

  • Real-time flight status monitoring
  • Gate change & delay alerts pushed to you
  • Emergency rebooking if disrupted
  • Car service coordination & confirmations
  • Hotel check-in prep & upgrade requests
  • Dining reminders & reservation confirmations

On-Trip Support

  • 24/7 WhatsApp & text line during travel
  • Emergency rebooking & problem resolution
  • Local recommendations & on-the-fly pivots
  • Itinerary adjustments as needs change
  • Lost luggage coordination & follow-up
The Boojee Travel Difference

We're not a travel agency.

Three ways we're fundamentally different from every travel booking option you've used before.

01

We don't earn commissions

Traditional travel agents are paid by hotels and airlines to steer you toward specific properties and routes. We charge you a flat fee and our only incentive is finding you the best option — not the most profitable one for us.

vs. Travel agencies who get 10–15% commission from hotels and airlines

02

We're concierge, not a booking engine

Kayak finds you options. We apply judgment. We know why a lesser-known boutique hotel beats the 5-star chain for your specific trip, and we can explain every choice in your itinerary rather than just surfacing the cheapest result.

vs. Search engines and booking platforms with no human context

03

We stay with you during the trip

Most travel agents vanish after booking. We stay on-call through your return — monitoring flights, handling disruptions, fielding questions, and adjusting the itinerary in real time so you never feel stranded.

vs. Every other service that disappears after the confirmation email

How It Actually Works

A Command client's Paris long weekend.

What Boojee Travel does in the two weeks before, and the four days during, a trip you'd have spent hours planning yourself.

14 Days Out
Three flight options presented — not just the cheapest. Business class on Air France at $1,840, premium economy on Delta with a JFK layover at $1,190, and a business upgrade on an existing United miles balance at 65k points. Client chose miles. We handled the booking call.
13 Days Out
Hotel vetted and held. Not the obvious Ritz — a Rive Droite boutique with a private courtyard and three Michelin contacts on-property, at €280/night vs. €680. We requested an upgrade at check-in and confirmed the ground-floor garden suite was available.
10 Days Out
Le Grand Véfour secured for Friday dinner. Waiting list only. We reached the concierge desk directly. Table for two, 8:00pm, window seat requested. Allergies noted in the reservation file.
Day of Departure — 5:14am
Gate change caught before the client noticed. JFK Terminal 4, Gate B22 → B47. Text sent. New walking time calculated. Lounge access at B40 confirmed via Priority Pass. Client didn't have to look at a board.
Day 1 — In the Air
40-minute delay announced mid-flight. We rescheduled the Friday lunch reservation at Septime to 1:30pm before the client landed. They walked off the plane to a confirmation, not a cancellation.
Day 2 — Paris
Local car arranged for the day. Not Uber. A recommended Parisian driver who knows the city, speaks English, and was available at 9:00am. Client texted us asking for a last-minute museum reservation — we had it confirmed by 10:15am.
Day 4 — Departure
All reservations confirmed closed, hotel checkout prepped. Return flight monitored from 4:00am. No delays. Client's bag made it. No calls needed. Trip closed clean.
Client Experiences

Travel the way it should feel.

★★★★★

"I've been in a dozen cities this quarter. Before Boojee Travel I was spending Sunday nights building itineraries. Now I get a brief on Friday and show up. The Paris trip they ran me through was flawless — and I know they caught a rebooking at JFK that would have wrecked my schedule."

"We took all five kids to Portugal. Logistics that would have taken two weeks to plan came back in 72 hours, fully documented. Every restaurant had a kids menu flagged, every activity had a backup, and when our Lisbon flight got delayed they already had us rebooked before I texted to ask."

★★★★★

"We used the Trip plan for our honeymoon in the Maldives. It was genuinely the most organized trip we've ever taken — and we found out later they negotiated an overwater bungalow upgrade we didn't even know to ask for. Worth ten times what we paid."

FAQ

Your questions, answered.

Do you book flights and hotels directly?
We research and recommend — you make the final booking, or we handle it on your behalf with your payment details. We present the best options, explain the tradeoffs, and tell you exactly what to book and why. For Estate Travel clients, we can book directly with airline and hotel contacts on your behalf as an authorized agent. We never earn commissions from any booking.
What if something goes wrong during travel?
That's exactly when we earn the fee. Text or WhatsApp us immediately. We'll assess the situation, identify alternatives, and coordinate the fix — whether that's rebooking a flight, finding a replacement hotel, or getting you in touch with local resources. For Retainer and Estate Travel clients, we monitor your flights in real time and will often reach out before you know there's a problem.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Ideally 3–4 weeks for international travel, 1–2 weeks for domestic. We can work faster — we've planned trips in 48 hours when needed. Lead time mostly affects what hotel and restaurant options are available, not our ability to plan. Submit your intake form as soon as you know you're traveling, and we'll work with whatever window you have.
Do you handle international travel?
Yes — international is where we add the most value. We verify visa and entry requirements, research local car and driver options, vet hotels in markets where star ratings don't tell the full story, handle time zone logistics, and stay available during your trip regardless of where you are. We've planned trips to 30+ countries and can handle multi-destination international itineraries.
What's the difference from using Amex Platinum concierge?
Amex Platinum concierge is a call center. They can book things, but they don't know you, they don't monitor your flights, they don't stay with you through the trip, and they're not reaching out proactively when your gate changes at 5am. Boojee Travel is a dedicated concierge relationship — someone who knows your preferences, anticipates problems, and acts with judgment rather than a script. We also have no Amex relationship bias in what we recommend.
