FINANCIAL ORGANIZATION
Your Finances.
Organized.
A complex financial life is scattered across a dozen accounts, properties, and documents. BOOJEE pulls it into one clear picture — an organized net worth summary, a tidy document set, and a written list of questions — so your time with your own licensed advisor, CPA, and estate attorney is focused and productive. We handle the organizing; the professionals you choose handle the advice.
BOOJEE is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner and does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice.
Six things we organize. One clear picture.
Your financial documents are scattered across accounts, apps, and inboxes. BOOJEE gathers them into one organized set — then hands you a tidy picture and the right questions to bring to your own licensed advisor, CPA, and attorney.
Net Worth Summary
Using figures you provide, we organize every asset, liability, equity position, and illiquid holding into a single clean summary you can share with your advisor, counsel, or lender.
Account Inventory
A tidy inventory of your investment and retirement accounts in one place — balances, holdings you list, and fees you're paying — so you and your advisor can see the whole board at a glance.
Document Package for Your CPA
We assemble and label the statements, cost-basis records, and account details your CPA asks for, so tax-time conversations start from an organized file instead of a shoebox.
Insurance Document Roundup
We gather your umbrella, life, disability, and property policies into one summary and flag questions worth raising with your licensed insurance agent — who makes the coverage recommendations.
Estate Coordination
We organize your trust documents, beneficiary designations, and account records into one packet, and help coordinate handoffs to your estate attorney so nothing gets lost between them.
Retirement Goal Worksheet
A simple worksheet that captures your target, timeline, and current position in one place — an organized starting point for the retirement plan your licensed advisor builds with you.
Four stages. One organized outcome.
No boilerplate questionnaires. Each stage builds directly on the previous one — and every document we produce is yours to keep and share with your own professionals.
Gather
We collect every account, property, and document you share into one organized net worth summary.
Organize
We structure and label it clearly, and note where records or details appear to be missing.
Prepare Questions
A written brief of the questions worth raising with your advisor, CPA, and attorney — in plain language.
Coordinate
We help with introductions and document handoffs to your own licensed professionals so nothing slips.
Two paths. Both flat-fee.
No percentage of assets. No kickbacks. You pay a flat fee for organizing and preparation work — and keep the freedom to hire any licensed advisor you choose.

Frame your number.
Most people have a retirement target but haven't put rough numbers around it. This simple estimator gives you a starting frame in under 60 seconds — a conversation starter for your own licensed advisor, not a recommendation.
Frame the gap.
Adjust the sliders for a rough, illustrative estimate of the growth rate and monthly savings a goal like this might imply. Simplified math, general assumptions — not advice.
Illustrative only. Uses a fixed 7% assumption and simplified math; it is not a projection, forecast, or recommendation. Actual results depend on many factors your own licensed advisor can assess.
Common questions.
Are you a registered investment adviser or financial advisor?
No. BOOJEE is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and we do not provide investment, tax, or financial advice. We are an organization and document-preparation service: we help you build a clear net worth summary, gather your paperwork, and prepare good questions for the licensed professionals you choose to hire. When you need advice or asset management, we help you coordinate with your own licensed advisor, CPA, or estate attorney.
What's included in the net worth summary?
Working from information you provide, your net worth summary organizes your bankable assets (checking, savings, money markets), investment accounts, tax-advantaged accounts (401k, IRA, Roth, SEP), real property at values you supply, business interests, vehicles, and any liabilities such as mortgages, HELOCs, and other debt. The result is a single, tidy document you can hand to your advisor, CPA, lender, or estate attorney. We do not value your holdings, verify figures independently, or make recommendations about them.
Do you work with business owners who have equity in private companies?
Yes. We help you record founder equity, real estate partnerships, and private holdings in your net worth summary using figures and valuation ranges you provide, and we flag the questions worth raising with your own advisors. If you are approaching an exit or capital raise, we can help you assemble the documents so your CPA, attorney, and M&A advisor have what they need. We do not value private equity or advise on transactions.
How is the Ongoing Organization annual engagement structured?
Your year begins with a full Wealth Map engagement in month one. We then schedule quarterly 45-minute organization calls (months 3, 6, 9, 12) to refresh your net worth summary and document set as your situation changes. Between calls, you have 48-hour priority email access. An annual estate-planning summary is produced in Q4 that you can share with your attorney, trustee, or family. Renewal is at your option — no auto-renewal, no cancellation fees.
Who is this service for?
It is for people whose finances have grown complex enough that pulling everything into one organized picture is genuinely hard — multiple accounts, property, and business interests. BOOJEE handles the organizing and preparation so your time with a licensed advisor, CPA, or attorney is focused and productive. We do not manage money or give advice; we get you ready to work with the professionals who do.
