What platform is required?
No specific platform required. We support WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and custom-built sites. If you're not sure whether your site qualifies, just mention it in the intake form and we'll confirm within one business day.
What counts as a content edit?
Text changes (hours, pricing, service descriptions, bios), image swaps, adding or removing pages, updating contact info, embedding a new form or video — anything that doesn't require a full redesign or new feature build. Each plan includes 1, 2, or 4 hours per month. Unused hours do not roll over.
Do you handle emergency issues?
Yes. Pro Care and Enterprise Care clients get priority response for downtime, hacks, or broken checkout flows. Basic Care clients are addressed within one business day. Enterprise Care includes a 4-hour SLA for emergencies.
How do I share access safely?
We walk you through it during onboarding. For WordPress, we create a dedicated Admin account for our team — we never ask for your personal login or host credentials via email. For other platforms, we use platform-native collaborator or team seats. Everything is documented and access can be revoked at any time.
What if my site gets hacked on your watch?
We clean it. Completely. At no additional charge. Malware removal and full restore from backup are included in Pro Care and Enterprise Care. On Basic Care, we alert you immediately and handle cleanup at a discounted rate. In two years of service we haven't had a client site successfully compromised while under active care.
