Do I own the source code?
Yes — unconditionally. Every line of code is delivered to your private repository at launch. No licensing fees, no retainer required to access your own app, no architecture that keeps you dependent on us. The scoping session deliverable includes a handoff SOP and documentation so any developer can take over if needed.
How long does a typical build take?
MVP builds run 4–6 weeks from approved designs. Full Product builds run 6–10 weeks depending on backend complexity and third-party integrations. We give you a fixed timeline at scoping — not a range — and we've hit it on every project to date. The $498 scoping session is where we lock that date.
What if I need changes after launch?
Full Product clients have 3 months of included post-launch support — bug fixes, minor feature updates, performance tweaks. After that, we offer a $298/month maintenance plan that covers hosting monitoring, dependency updates, crash resolution, and one feature ticket per month. MVP clients can purchase support blocks at $150/hour.
Do you work with non-technical founders?
That's most of our clients. We translate your business problem into a technical spec — you never need to know what an API is. Our process is built for founders who know what their customers need but have never built software before. The scoping session is specifically designed to get the right information out of a non-technical founder in 90 minutes.
Can you integrate with my existing tools (Stripe, Calendly, etc.)?
Yes. Third-party integrations are a standard part of our backend build. Stripe, Square, Calendly, Google Calendar, Twilio, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, and most major SaaS APIs are integrations we've done before. Complex or undocumented APIs are evaluated during scoping and priced accordingly. Nothing surprises you after you've signed.
