SMS & Text Messaging Policy
Program Description
Boojee Estate, operated by DLV3, LLC, offers optional SMS text messaging for customers who choose to opt in. Message types include:
- Order confirmations and digital product delivery notifications
- Service booking confirmations and appointment reminders
- Service status updates (Boojee Clean and Boojee Maintenance)
- Customer care responses to inbound inquiries
We do not send promotional or marketing mass-text campaigns. All messages are transactional or in direct response to your request.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to SMS messages by:
- Providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS opt-in form
- Verbally consenting during an intake call with a Boojee representative
- Providing your mobile number in a service booking form that includes clear SMS consent language
By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from DLV3, LLC at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages from Boojee Estate:
Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also email hello@boojee.estate to request opt-out.
After opting out, if you contact us and would like to re-enroll in SMS updates, reply START to any prior message thread or use our opt-in form again.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Boojee Estate does not charge separately for text messages. Check with your mobile provider for details on your plan.
Supported Carriers
SMS is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send the messages you consented to. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
