What kind of response rates should I expect?

Response rates vary by industry and delivery method, but our clients typically see 15–35% on email and 25–45% on SMS. The key is timing — we send surveys within 2–24 hours of the visit or purchase, when the experience is still top of mind. We also A/B test subject lines and send timing during the first 60 days to find what works best for your audience.

Are surveys anonymous? Will customers tell the truth?

You can configure surveys as anonymous or identified — we recommend identified by default so you can follow up with unhappy customers personally, but anonymous versions often yield more candid feedback. We present both options during onboarding and let you decide what fits your relationship with your customer base.

What happens if scores are consistently low?
