Can you remove bad reviews?
We can formally request removal of reviews that violate platform policies — spam, fake reviews from non-customers, reviews targeting the wrong business, or content that violates community guidelines. The Recover plan includes dedicated removal support. We cannot guarantee any review will be removed — that decision belongs to the platform. For legitimate reviews from real customers, we respond professionally and de-escalate, which sometimes prompts customers to update their rating voluntarily. Any vendor promising to delete real feedback through other means is a liability, not a service.
Is this ethical? Won't it get us banned?
Yes, fully ethical — and no, it won't get you banned. We ask real customers who actually used your business to share their experience. We never offer incentives, pre-screen for positive responses (review gating), or fabricate reviews. Our approach complies with Google's policies, FTC guidelines, and Yelp's terms. We built our system around what passes platform audits, not what shortcuts around them.
What platforms do you manage?

How fast will we see results?
Timing depends on your customer volume and how many customers respond to a review request — we can't promise a specific number of reviews or a specific date. Once your request cadence goes live, new reviews typically begin arriving as customers respond. During onboarding we set expectations based on your actual baseline and monthly customer flow, and the monthly report tracks real movement.
What happens when we get a 1-star review?
You get an immediate alert. On the Manage plan we respond within 24 hours with a de-escalating, professional draft in your voice. On Recover the SLA is 12 hours.
