Which platforms do you support?
We work with Shopify, WooCommerce (on WordPress), and Squarespace Commerce. Not sure which is right for your business? We'll recommend the best fit during your discovery call — it depends on your product type, volume, and growth goals. Migrating from an existing platform? We handle that too.
What do I need to provide before we start?
We need your product data (spreadsheet, CSV, or existing store access), product images, brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), and any existing copy. If you don't have formatted product data, we'll send you a simple template. You don't need a domain — we can help you acquire one, or point an existing one to the new store.
Does the 10-day timeline actually hold?
The 10-day build is our target and the schedule we plan around — provided product data and brand assets are delivered within 48 hours of kickoff. Timelines can shift with catalog size and complexity; if anything affects the schedule, we'll flag it early and keep you posted throughout.
Is there anything not included in the setup fee?
The setup fee covers all build and configuration work. It does not cover the platform subscription (Shopify starts at $48/mo, Squarespace Commerce at $36/mo, WooCommerce hosting varies), any paid apps or plugins your store requires, or copywriting if you don't already have product descriptions. We'll quote any extras transparently before we begin.
What happens after launch? Do I need ongoing support?
Every package includes 30 days of post-launch support — bug fixes, questions, and minor adjustments at no charge. After 30 days, you can manage the store yourself (we'll train you), hire us for ongoing management, or engage us for specific updates. Most storefronts are straightforward to run day-to-day once you're set up, and we'll walk you through everything before we hand over the keys.
