Yes. All plans cancel with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts for monthly billing plans. Annual plans are paid in full upfront in exchange for the discount, but we send renewal notices well before billing.

Yes. Annual billing saves the equivalent of 2 months across most products — effectively two free months compared to month-to-month pricing. If you're committed to a service, annual is the better value by a meaningful margin.

Your rate is locked for 12 months from your signup date. If pricing increases during your term, you're grandfathered at your current rate as long as you stay active. We don't bait-and-switch existing clients.
