Do you work with overseas manufacturers?
Yes. We handle domestic and overseas supply chain qualification — including factories in China, Vietnam, Mexico, and elsewhere. Our supplier scorecard and audit process works regardless of geography. We also build incoterms guidance into every supplier agreement so you know exactly where ownership and risk transfer.
What size operation do you work with?
We work best with companies producing between 500 and 100,000 units per month. Early-stage founders who are moving from prototype to small-run production are a great fit, as are companies already in production who are experiencing quality escapes or unsustainable waste rates.
How is the QC system delivered?
You receive a documented quality management package: control plans, inspection checklists, incoming material acceptance criteria, in-process check sheets, final inspection forms, and a corrective action template. All documents are delivered in editable formats (Excel/Google Sheets + PDF). We also walk your team through implementation on a live call.
What if I'm still at the idea or prototype stage?
