Do I still need DoorDash?

No — but you can keep it if you want. Direct ordering is an additional channel, not a replacement. Most clients keep third-party apps running while they gradually shift regulars to direct. Over time, customers who discover your direct channel tend to stay there because the experience is cleaner and you can offer exclusive deals they won't find on DoorDash.

What platform does this use?

We match the platform to your operation — Square Online, Toast Online, Clover, or a lightweight custom solution. We recommend based on your existing POS, menu size, and delivery needs. Every option we recommend charges you zero per-order commission.

Can customers pay by card?

Yes. Stripe is integrated as the payment processor — customers pay at checkout by credit or debit card. Funds deposit to your bank account on your normal schedule (typically next business day). No holds, no float, no intermediary sitting on your revenue.

What about loyalty points and promo codes?

Promo codes and discount windows are included in the Direct + Delivery package. Loyalty programs are platform-dependent — some platforms support them natively, others integrate with third-party loyalty tools. We'll advise based on what makes sense for your volume and customer base.

What if my menu changes?

Menu updates are straightforward on every platform we use — you can update items yourself after a brief walkthrough, or email us and we'll handle it. The Direct + Delivery package includes unlimited menu change requests as part of the setup scope.
