Common questions.

Do we need to already have OKRs in place?
No. Most of our clients come to us because their current goal-setting is broken or nonexistent. Our Framework and Implementation packages begin with a clean-slate diagnostic — we meet you where you are, not where you think you should be. Whether you have a mature OKR practice or have never used the methodology, we calibrate the engagement accordingly.
How disruptive is this to our existing team?
We design for minimal interruption to day-to-day operations. Manager workshops are two hours max. Dashboard setup happens in the background. Review cycle templates are drop-in replacements for whatever you're using now. Most teams describe the transition as "lighter than expected" — the hardest part is the first OKR workshop, which we facilitate end-to-end.
What tools do you integrate with?
We integrate with any tool that has an API or CSV export — HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Linear, Asana, Monday, Notion, Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and more. We're tool-agnostic by design. If you can pull data from it, we can put it in a dashboard your managers will actually check.
Is the Ongoing package a long-term contract?
The Ongoing package has a 3-month minimum to ensure we complete at least one full review cycle together. After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice to pause or cancel. Most clients stay because the accountability layer is the hardest thing to replicate internally — not because they're locked in.
What results can I expect?
Most clients see measurable improvement in their defined KPIs within 90 days of full deployment; results vary by team size, starting baseline, and how fully the framework is adopted.
