Is ad spend included in the package price?

No. Package fees cover strategy, creative direction, management, and execution. Paid media spend (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) is billed directly to your ad accounts. For Enterprise Launch, we manage the accounts — you fund them. We recommend a minimum $5,000 paid media budget for launch week to see meaningful results; $15,000–$25,000 is optimal for consumer products.

What's the "First 100 Customers" guarantee, exactly?

On Full Launch and Enterprise tiers, if we don't drive 100 paying customers within 90 days of launch, we continue managing your launch campaigns at no additional fee until we hit that milestone — or issue a partial refund proportional to the shortfall. This guarantee requires: (a) a validated waitlist of 500+ subscribers by launch day, (b) a product priced under $498, (c) product availability and fulfillment capacity, and (d) client sign-off on all major launch assets.
