Do I need this if I already have a CRM?

Probably, yes. Having a CRM and having a CRM that works are two very different things. Most agents have a login they barely use, contacts that aren't segmented, no automation running, and no MLS feed connected. We audit what you have, keep what's working, and wire the rest. If your current CRM is actively costing you deals, we'll recommend a switch.

What MLS boards do you support?

We support all 50 states via RESO-compliant IDX/RETS integrations. Whether you're on NWMLS, StellarMLS, Bright MLS, CRMLS, or a regional board, we've worked with it. If you're in a multi-board market, we handle that too.

Is this just for residential agents, or can investors use it?

Both. The Agent Stack is built around buyer/seller pipelines. The Investor Suite adds the Deal Flow Tracker, Comps Engine, and off-market alert automation — tools built specifically for wholesalers, fix-and-flip operators, and buy-and-hold investors who are running multiple deals at once.

How does the 48-hour setup actually work?

After you apply, we send a short intake form. Once we receive your logins and data (contacts CSV, MLS access credentials), we build in parallel — CRM, MLS wiring, and automation sequences simultaneously. Most setups complete in 36–48 hours. Complex Team OS builds may take 3–5 days. You'll get a status update every step of the way.

What happens after the 30-day support window?

Your stack continues to run on its own — everything we build is owned by you and runs in your existing tool subscriptions. If you want ongoing optimization, we offer monthly retainer packages starting at $298/mo that cover sequence tuning, CRM hygiene, and quarterly audits. That's entirely optional. Many clients operate independently after handoff.
