Do I need to have my own camera or equipment?
No professional equipment required. Our remote direction package is built for smartphone footage — we give you an exact shot list, lighting setup using what you have, and framing instructions. Most clients film entirely on an iPhone or Android. If you want to explore on-site production with a crew, that's available as an add-on for Content Drop and Content Machine projects.
How does the 72-hour turnaround work?
The clock starts when we receive your approved hook/script sign-off and your raw footage. We edit, add captions and graphics, export all formats, and deliver your files via a private review link within 72 hours. Revision requests are handled within 24 hours on top of that. Content Machine clients get priority 48-hour processing.
What platforms are the videos formatted for?
Every video is delivered in three aspect ratios: 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; 1:1 for square feed posts and Twitter/X; and 16:9 for standard YouTube, LinkedIn video, and embeds. Captions and graphic overlays are optimized per format so nothing is awkwardly cropped.
Can I use my own footage or existing video assets?
Absolutely. If you already have raw footage, B-roll, or clips you want repurposed into short-form content, we can work with it. Just send files via the project portal after you complete your intake. Many Content Drop and Content Machine clients supply a mix of new and existing footage to maximize output.
Is there a contract or commitment for Content Machine?
Content Machine is month-to-month with no long-term contract. We ask for 14 days notice before cancellation so we can deliver any pieces already in production. After month one, you'll own a repeatable content system — including your shot library, hook templates, and brand style guide — whether you continue or not.
