What video formats do you accept for upload?
We accept virtually any video format: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, HEVC, and more. Phone recordings, GoPro footage, DSLR exports, Zoom recordings — all welcome. If you can get it into a shared Drive or Dropbox folder, we can edit it. We'll confirm receipt within 4 business hours of your upload.
Do I need to give creative direction or a brief?
No brief required. When you sign up, we collect your brand colors, logo file, and the general tone you're going for (clean/minimal, energetic, cinematic). That's it. We build a style guide on file so every video we deliver matches your brand without you having to repeat yourself each time.
How many revision rounds are included?
Unlimited revisions on all plans. We don't move on until you're happy with the video. Revision requests are submitted through your private review link — just leave timestamps and notes directly on the video. Most clients approve on the first or second pass.
Can I mix video types across my monthly plan?
Absolutely. Your monthly video allocation can be split any way you choose across all six video types. If you want 3 Reels, 1 testimonial, and a promo this month, that's exactly what you'll get. Just specify in your upload notes each time.
What happens if I need more videos than my plan allows?
You can add single videos at the per-video rate of $75 at any time during your billing period. You can also upgrade your plan mid-month — we'll prorate the difference. There are no contracts, so you can scale up or down before your next billing cycle.
