What do I need to provide to get started?
Just complete our brand discovery form after you book — it covers your business name, audience, competitors you admire (and a few you don't), preferred color directions, and any existing assets. No design experience required. We do the heavy lifting; you answer the questions.
Do I own the final files outright?
Yes, 100%. All source files — Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, SVG, PNG transparent, and print-ready PDF — are yours. Full commercial rights, no licensing fees, no attribution required. Your brand is your property.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Unlimited. We work in rounds until you love it — no round caps, no extra fees per revision. That said, most clients reach a final they're thrilled with in two to three rounds because we front-load the discovery process to get direction right before we design.
Can I upgrade from the Starter Kit later?
Yes. If you start with the Brand Starter Kit and later want the full system, we credit your original payment toward the Full Brand Identity or Collateral Pack. Just reach out and we'll apply your upgrade credit.
What if I already have a logo but need other pieces?
We can build around your existing mark. Start with the Brand Starter Kit and note "existing logo" in your project brief — we'll assess your current assets and build the color system, templates, and style guide to match what you already have.
