What types of contracts do you review?
We review vendor agreements, client contracts, NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, partnership agreements, employment offers, contractor agreements, lease addenda (not lease negotiations — see BOOJEE Lease Negotiation for that), licensing deals, and SaaS/software terms. If it's a commercial agreement, we can review it.
How does the 48-hour turnaround work?
After you submit your contract(s) through the intake form, our team reviews using AI-assisted analysis plus human validation. You receive a risk-flagged report with color-coded severity (high/medium/low), clause-by-clause notes, and suggested language changes — within 48 business hours.
Can your templates be used in any state?
Our template library includes jurisdiction notes and is designed to be adapted for US business use. However, state laws vary — particularly for employment agreements, non-competes, and real estate. We flag jurisdiction-sensitive provisions and recommend local counsel review for high-stakes agreements. This is operational infrastructure, not a substitute for state-specific legal guidance.
What eSignature platforms do you support?
We support DocuSign, HelloSign (now Dropbox Sign), PandaDoc, and Adobe Sign. For Full Management clients, we configure workflows, template routing, and signer order — so contracts go out and come back with minimal manual effort.
