Which cloud platforms do you work with?
We work with Google Drive (Workspace), Microsoft SharePoint, Dropbox Business, Box, and OneDrive. We can also help you migrate from one platform to another if your current storage isn't serving you. If you're not on any cloud storage yet, we'll recommend the best fit for your team size, budget, and industry.
How long does the setup and migration take?
Most Setup & Migration projects complete in 5–10 business days depending on the volume of existing files and team size. We start with an audit call, then design the structure before moving a single file. You'll have a working, organized system within two weeks from kickoff — often sooner.
Will my team actually stick to the new system?
This is the most common concern, and it's valid. That's why we deliver written SOPs, quick-reference naming guides, and a team training session — not just a new folder structure. What if we have thousands of files to migrate?
