What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC (from iPhone), RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW), and TIFF. If you're uploading from a phone, just send what you have — we handle the format conversion as part of the edit. Higher-resolution originals always produce better results, so if you can send the full-res file from your camera or phone, please do.
What's the turnaround time if I send images today?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time we receive your upload. Growth plan clients get priority 24-hour turnaround. Studio plan clients can request a 12-hour rush option. We operate Monday through Saturday. If you upload on a Friday evening, expect delivery Saturday or Monday depending on your plan. We'll always confirm your expected delivery window when we acknowledge your upload.
How do I send you my images?
Share a Dropbox folder, Google Drive folder, or WeTransfer link — whichever you already have. No new software to install. After you sign up, we'll email you the shared folder link for your account. For per-image batches, you'll get a one-time upload link. If you have more than 500MB, use Google Drive or Dropbox rather than WeTransfer to avoid file size limits.
Can I request a specific editing style or look?
Yes. When you fill out the intake form, there's a notes field — describe your preferred style, link to examples, or name a competitor whose photos you like. Growth and Studio plan clients get a permanent style profile saved to their account, so every batch maintains a consistent look without re-briefing each time. We'll send you a test edit on your first batch for approval before processing the full order.
What if I'm not happy with an edit?
Every plan includes at least one free revision round per batch. Tell us exactly what to adjust — too bright, background isn't clean enough, different crop — and we redo it within 24 hours, no questions asked. Studio plan clients get unlimited revision rounds. If after revisions the work still doesn't meet your needs, we'll refund the images in question. We'd rather fix it than lose a client over a misunderstanding.
