1. Digital Products (PDF Downloads)
No Refunds After Download
Digital products — including the Lead-Leak Playbook PDF and any other downloadable guides — are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Because the product is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned," all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or accessed.
Exception: If you did not receive your download link within 2 hours of purchase, email hello@boojee.estate with your order confirmation and we will resend the link or issue a full refund at your choice.
If you believe you received a defective or incorrectly described file, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and issue a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed on our end.
2. AI Front Desk Setup
The AI Front Desk Setup is a done-for-you build service. Refund eligibility depends on how far into the build process you are:
Before intake form submitted (Day 1, no build started)
Full refund upon written request to hello@boojee.estate.
After intake form submitted (Day 2+, build in progress)
No refund. The build requires dedicated human time that begins immediately upon intake receipt. We do not issue refunds for builds already underway.
After go-live
No refund. The deliverable has been completed and deployed. If you experience issues with the build within the 30-day support window, we will correct them at no charge.

3. AI Front Desk Service (Monthly Subscription)
Cancel Anytime
The AI Front Desk Service is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' written notice via email to hello@boojee.estate.
- Current billing period is charged in full — no prorated refunds for partial months.
- After cancellation, your AI system continues running on your accounts. You retain full access and ownership.
- No cancellation fee or penalty.
Refunds for a completed billing cycle are not available unless BOOJEE failed to deliver the agreed monthly deliverables (conversation review, retraining, report). If that occurred, contact us within 14 days of the missed delivery.
4. Website Audit
The Website Audit is a one-time service delivered within 48 hours of purchase.
Before delivery (within 2 hours of purchase)
Full refund upon request. Email hello@boojee.estate with your order confirmation.
After audit is delivered
No refund. If the deliverable did not meet the described scope (Core Web Vitals analysis, SEO gap report, conversion bottleneck map, prioritized fix list), contact us within 7 days and we will correct or supplement it.
If we miss the 48-hour delivery window through no fault of yours (e.g., we did not reach out to confirm your site URL), you are entitled to a full refund or an extended delivery window at your choice.
5. Boojee Clean — Cleaning Services
A booking deposit is collected via Stripe at scheduling and applied toward your total service cost.
- 72+ hours before service: Full deposit refund.
- 24–72 hours before service: 50% of deposit retained; 50% refunded.
- Under 24 hours or no-show: Deposit non-refundable.
- Boojee cancels: Full refund, always.
If you identify a quality issue after the crew has left, contact us within 24 hours. We will return within 48 hours at no charge.
6. Boojee Maintenance — Contractor Marketplace
Boojee Maintenance holds funds in escrow and releases them upon verified project completion. Refund eligibility depends on project status:
- Before contractor assigned: Full refund upon request.
- After contractor assigned, before work starts: Full refund minus 5% processing fee.
- After work has started: Partial refund based on completed work percentage, assessed by Boojee.
- After project marked complete: Disputes must be filed within 7 days. See Marketplace Terms.
