Do you actually post the responses, or just draft them for me to send?
We post them directly. That's the whole point. After you grant us manager-level access to your review platforms (no passwords shared — we use official owner/manager invite flows), we draft, approve internally, and post every response without requiring any action from you. You receive a daily digest showing what went out. Full hands-off service.
How do you match our brand voice?
During onboarding we collect writing samples from your existing communications — website copy, past email replies, any social posts you like. We also run a short brand voice interview: tone, things you'd never say, how formal or casual you are with customers. This profile is built into every AI draft. A human editor then tunes responses to make sure they sound like you specifically, not like a generic business.
What happens with a negative or fake review?
Every negative review gets a de-escalation response: acknowledging the experience, thanking them for the feedback, and providing a direct path to resolve offline (a phone number or email). We never argue publicly, never dismiss the complaint, and never match the reviewer's tone. For reviews that appear fake or violate platform policies, we flag them in your monthly report with guidance on how to request removal — this requires the business owner to initiate, not us.
What if we go over our review volume limit?
On Essentials (50/mo) and Growth (150/mo), if you exceed your limit in a given month, we respond to all reviews anyway and prorate the overage at a flat per-response rate. We don't stop responding mid-month and leave reviews hanging. At the end of the month we'll discuss whether upgrading your plan makes sense. You won't be surprised by a bill — we notify you when you're approaching your cap.
Can I approve responses before they post?
By default, our human editors are the final approval step — that's how we guarantee the 24-hour SLA. If you'd prefer an optional approval step for your own team, we can add a review queue where you get to approve before posting. This extends response time to 48 hours and is available on Growth and Command plans. Most clients find that after seeing 2–3 weeks of responses, they trust the process completely and drop the approval step.
