How Fulfillment Works

BOOJEE Shop uses two fulfillment channels depending on product type. Your order confirmation email will confirm which channel applies.

Printed on Demand (POD)
Apparel, drinkware, and sticker products are printed to order through our Printify manufacturing partner. Each item is made individually when you order — which means higher quality, zero waste, and no surplus inventory. Products ship from US-based print facilities.
NFC Hardware
Wristbands and NFC business cards are sourced from our hardware partner and ship separately from any apparel or drinkware in the same order. NFC hardware may ship from a different facility and carrier than POD items.

Orders containing both POD and NFC items will arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it ships.

Shipping Timelines

All times are estimates from the date your order is confirmed. Production begins immediately upon payment — most orders enter production within hours.

International orders ship to most countries. International transit times vary by destination — typically an additional 5–15 business days. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

All orders ship from the United States. Tracking numbers are emailed when your shipment leaves the facility.

Returns & Exchanges

Print-on-Demand Products (Apparel, Drinkware, Stickers)

Because each item is manufactured specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference (size, color expectation, changed mind). Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund any POD item that arrives:

To report a defective POD item, email us at shop@boojee.estate within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

NFC Hardware (Wristbands, Business Cards)

NFC hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email shop@boojee.estate with your order number and the reason. We typically respond within one business day. Do not ship items back without confirmation — we'll send you a return label where applicable.

Order Issues & Cancellations

Because production begins immediately, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of order placement. After production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

If your order is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days), contact us and we will investigate and reship at no cost.

Wrong address? Email us immediately. We can update the address if production has not yet completed. Once a shipment is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
