Neither. Boojee Recruiting is a flat-fee managed service — not a staffing agency that marks up hourly rates, and not a retained executive search firm that charges 25–35% of first-year salary. We use AI tooling and human oversight to run your entire hiring process end-to-end, then hand you fully vetted finalists. You pay a predictable flat fee and own the relationship with every hire.
What types of roles do you fill?
Full-time, part-time, contract, and executive roles across tech, operations, sales, marketing, customer success, and professional services. We cover both remote and on-site positions and can source nationally. For highly specialized technical roles (e.g., staff-level engineers, C-suite), ask about our executive add-on.
How is the 14-day guarantee defined?
Within 14 business days of receiving your completed role brief, we deliver a shortlist of at least 5 AI-screened, human-reviewed candidates who meet your stated requirements. If we don't hit that timeline due to a sourcing challenge on our end, we extend the engagement at no additional charge until we do.
What does the 90-day replacement guarantee cover?
If a hire we placed — through the Growth Pack — leaves or is let go for performance reasons within 90 days of their start date, we re-run the search for that role at no additional cost. Replacement guarantee does not apply to layoffs, role eliminations, or situations where the offer terms changed after placement.
Do you handle background checks or references?
Yes — reference coordination is included in both packages. We structure the reference questionnaire and conduct outreach on your behalf, then summarize the responses. Third-party background checks (criminal, employment history, education verification) can be facilitated through our screening partner at cost; pricing varies by check type and jurisdiction.
