How does the 30-day placement guarantee work?

If a placed candidate leaves voluntarily or is let go for performance-related reasons within 30 days of start date, we re-start the search at no additional cost. Enterprise engagements carry a 60-day guarantee. The only exclusion is layoffs due to company restructuring — which is outside both our control and yours.

What types of roles do you fill?

We specialize in professional and technical roles from individual contributors through C-suite. Core strengths include software engineering, product management, marketing leadership, finance/ops, and sales. We don't do hourly/shift-work staffing — that's a different product (see Boojee Staffing).

Do you require an upfront retainer?

Starter and Growth packages are paid on successful placement — no retainer required. Enterprise (executive) searches require a 50% engagement deposit, which is applied to the final fee. This filters for clients who are serious and keeps our calendar clear for your search.
