What if we don't have any existing documentation?
Most clients come to us with zero documentation — that's the whole point. We extract the knowledge from your team through interviews and observation. You don't need anything written down first.
What format are the SOPs delivered in?
Notion (with a shared workspace), Google Docs (editable), and PDF (print/archive). You own all files. We don't lock you into any platform.
How do you handle industry-specific processes?
We specialize in service businesses, agencies, real estate operations, and local business workflows. For highly technical or regulated industries, we partner with a subject matter expert from your team.
Can we add more SOPs after delivery?
Yes. Add-on SOP packs (5 SOPs each) are available at $158. Quarterly update retainers available at $298/mo for ongoing documentation maintenance.
