For 401k plans, the IRS establishment deadline applies — we advise on timing during the audit.

What happens at annual renewal?

On Plus and Enterprise plans, we handle your annual open enrollment: we request renewal rates from your current carrier 90 days out, shop alternatives if rates increase more than 5%, prepare a comparison, and run the enrollment window with your employees. You approve the final selection — we do the paperwork, communication, and carrier coordination.
