What if I already have a booking system?
We'll audit what you have and either optimize it or migrate you to a better platform at no extra charge. If your current system is solid, we wire SMS reminders and reporting on top of it. We never force a switch.
Do my clients need an app?
No app required. Your booking page lives on the web — clients book from any phone or computer. SMS reminders arrive as standard text messages. Nothing to download, no account to create.
Can I take deposits?
Yes. Stripe deposit collection is included on the Enterprise plan and available on Pro as an add-on. You set the deposit amount per service type, and the funds hit your bank automatically. Quick Start can add it for a small fee.
What if I have multiple staff members?
Multiple staff is supported on Pro (up to 3) and Enterprise (unlimited). Each staff member gets their own schedule, service assignments, and buffer rules. Clients can pick a person or let the system auto-assign the next available slot.
Is this a monthly subscription or one-time?
Both. There's a one-time setup fee to build and launch everything, then a small monthly retainer for maintenance, updates, and support. You can cancel the monthly at any time — you keep the booking page but lose the ongoing management and SMS service.
