Boojee Entity is a document preparation service. We prepare and submit your Articles of Organization to the state on your behalf, provide a registered agent address for the first year, and send you an operating agreement template and EIN application guide.
We are not a law firm and this is not legal advice. Consult a licensed attorney and CPA for advice specific to your situation. Actual state processing times vary. If your chosen entity name is taken, we contact you before filing.
Annual renewal ($198/year) includes RA continuation + annual report preparation assistance. You are never automatically charged — you receive a 60-day notice and choose whether to renew.
