Private Financial OS · Multi-Entity Tracking · Estate-Level Bookkeeping
One view of
everything you own.
A fractional CFO costs $5–15K/month. A full-time CFO runs $200K+/year. A bookkeeper plus QuickBooks is $1–3K/month and still leaves you building reports in spreadsheets. Boojee Money tracks every dollar across 5 entities, delivers weekly P&L summaries by text, and makes sure you never miss a tax deadline — managed financial OS, not another app.
Built for operators
with complex financial lives.
Not a budgeting tool for one person with one bank account. The financial OS for people who own real assets across real structures.
- High-earning service business owners
- Rental property owners (2+ properties)
- Multi-LLC estate operators
- Private equity & LP investors
- Family offices without a CFO
- Entrepreneurs with personal + business finances entangled
- Track every dollar across all your LLCs, rentals, and personal accounts — one dashboard, real time
- Get a weekly P&L text so you always know your cash position before your CPA does
- Never miss a quarterly estimated tax payment, distribution deadline, or filing date again
- Hand your accountant a clean, categorized data package — not a shoebox of statements
Clarity before strategy. Every time.
Most family office platforms charge $10K/year to show you a pretty chart of what you already know. We start with a complete map of what exists — including the messy parts — then build the system around reality.
Every account, income source, liability, entity, and recurring expense. Personal and business. Traditional and alternative. We reconcile what the apps can't — including manually tracked assets and distribution schedules from private deals.
A single real-time command view: cash position by entity, income by stream, net worth trend with IRR on private holdings, expense ratios, anomaly alerts, and upcoming cash events — all in one place. Updated, not just aggregated.
With clarity established: income routing recommendations, entity structure review, tax positioning guidance coordinated with your CPA, and a cash flow architecture designed to reduce drag and increase compounding surface.
QuickBooks doesn't call
your accountant. We do.
Software gives you a login. We give you an operator. Here's what that means in practice.
- Tracks standard bank & brokerage accounts
- You interpret the charts yourself
- Doesn't know about your LLC structure
- Can't reconcile LP distributions
- You export files to your CPA
- No one notices when something looks wrong
- Tax deadlines are your problem
- Tracks every entity, private asset & distribution
- We interpret it and surface what matters
- LLC-aware reporting, entity separation built in
- Private equity, LP & real estate tracked manually
- We coordinate directly with your CPA
- Anomaly alerts — we flag it before you ask
- Tax-ready every quarter, deadline calendar included
Start with a snapshot.
Scale to a system.
Family office platforms start at $25K and require a staff to operate. Boojee Money delivers managed financial ops at a fraction of the cost — with a human operator, not a login.

What makes this different from every app you've already tried.
LLCs, private equity distributions, rental income waterfalls, collectibles, business equity — Empower doesn't know what to do with any of it. We do. Complex asset mixes are our baseline, not an edge case.
We're not a licensed financial advisor. We're the operations and visibility layer between you and your advisors. We build the system, keep the data clean, and hand your CPA exactly what they need — when they need it.
Your financial data is never pooled or aggregated across clients. We operate in private environments, use read-only integrations where available, and hold your data to institutional privacy standards.
Common questions.
Are you a registered financial advisor?
No. We're a financial operations and visibility service — we build systems, surface data, and coordinate with your advisors. We don't provide investment advice, tax advice, or licensed financial planning. We're the layer between you and your advisors that keeps data clean and current.
What accounts and platforms do you connect?
We work with most US banks, brokerages, credit cards, and payroll platforms via read-only integrations. We also support manual reconciliation for private equity, LP distributions, real estate, collectibles, and any asset that doesn't have an API — which is often the bulk of a complex estate's value.
How is this different from Empower (Personal Capital) or Kubera?
Empower is excellent for traditional brokerage accounts and budgeting. Kubera extends into crypto and some alternative assets. Neither provides a managed layer — a human operator who builds, maintains, updates, and interprets the data for you. We do the work, not just the software. We also handle the coordination with your CPA and advisors that no app does.
What if I have business and personal finances mixed?
That's extremely common and exactly what we're good at. Entity separation — understanding what belongs to which LLC, which property, which income stream — is usually the first thing we untangle. It's also often where the most hidden value sits.
Do you work with my existing CPA or financial advisor?
Yes, that's the design. We function as the operating layer your advisors never had: clean, current data they can act on. We coordinate directly with your CPA on data handoffs, reconciliations, and year-end packages so you're not the translator between your financial life and your professional team.
What is the commitment and how quickly can I get started?
The Financial Audit has no ongoing commitment — it's a one-time engagement delivered in 10 business days. Dashboard and Full OS tiers are month-to-month after the setup. Most clients are onboarded and have a working dashboard within 3 weeks of intake.
Other estate services.
The Tool Behind the Clarity
We built FinanceOS
to run our own estate finances.
Monarch Money costs $108/year and shows you a dashboard. Copilot is Apple-only. YNAB teaches you to budget. FinanceOS is for operators managing multi-entity income, real assets, and investment positions — not a checking account. We built it for the Boojee estate, now it's available to clients.
Stop wondering
where your money is.
One real-time view of every account, asset, income stream, and entity. Clarity in 30 days — or the audit is free.
