How far in advance should I book?
We recommend a minimum of 4–6 weeks for Boutique events and 8–12 weeks for Corporate or Estate productions. Shorter timelines are sometimes possible — contact us and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable in your timeline.
Are the package prices all-inclusive?
Our packages cover BOOJEE's management fee — venue rental, catering, AV equipment, and vendor costs are separate and vary by your event scope. We provide a full budget estimate during the briefing phase so there are no surprises. In many cases our vendor network pricing comes in below sourcing independently.
Do you handle virtual or hybrid events?
Yes. Our Corporate and Estate packages include hybrid event capability — live streaming, virtual attendee platforms, remote speaker coordination, and synchronized AV for both in-room and remote audiences. We scale hybrid capability to your audience size, in-room and remote.
What types of events do you manage?
Corporate conferences, product launches, annual partner summits, investor events, private estate dinners, milestone celebrations, awards ceremonies, team retreats, and multi-day leadership gatherings. If it involves coordinating people, space, and vendors at a professional level, we manage it.
What happens if something goes wrong on event day?
Every BOOJEE event runs with a dedicated on-site lead who owns the run-of-show and has pre-established contingency protocols for AV failure, vendor no-shows, weather, and attendance changes. We brief a backup vendor in every critical category before the event date. You will not be the one making those calls — we will.
