Common Questions

Do you work with brands at any revenue level?

The Brand Audit is open to any brand, pre-revenue or established. The Growth Program and Retail Expansion are best suited for brands with at least a validated product and some DTC sales history ($50K+ annual revenue). If you're earlier than that, the Audit will tell you exactly what needs to happen first.

How do the buyer introductions work?

We make warm email introductions to buying contacts at major department stores, specialty retailers, and boutique chains we have active relationships with. You'll need a ready line sheet, pricing, and samples. We coach you on the pitch and follow up with the buying office after each introduction. We do not guarantee purchase orders — that depends on your product and the buyer's current open-to-buy.

What industries or categories do you cover?

We specialize in women's and men's ready-to-wear, contemporary, accessories, footwear, and home/lifestyle adjacencies. We have active relationships in luxury contemporary, mass-market, and independent boutique channels. We do not currently serve fine jewelry or bridal as primary categories.

How long does the Brand Audit take to deliver?

The Brand Audit report is delivered within 7 business days of receiving your brand intake materials — product imagery, current pricing, existing channel breakdown, and a completed questionnaire. Rush turnaround (3 business days) is available for an additional $500.

Can I start with the Audit and upgrade later?

Yes. The Brand Audit fee is fully credited toward the Growth Program if you upgrade within 60 days of delivery. We structure it this way so you can validate fit before committing to a longer engagement.
