We configure Samsara, Motive (formerly KeepTruckin), Verizon Connect, and Geotab — the four most common platforms for small-to-mid fleets. If you already have a platform, we configure it. If you're starting fresh, we'll recommend the best fit for your fleet size and DOT requirements.
In most cases you'll need GPS trackers — either plug-in OBD-II units (self-install, no wiring) or hardwired units (we coordinate with a local shop). We provide specs and direct-purchase links so you pay manufacturer pricing, not a marked-up reseller price. Hardware typically runs $30–$80 per vehicle.
The Pro package includes full ELD (Electronic Logging Device) mandate configuration: HOS (hours-of-service) ruleset selection, DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) daily log activation, driver account creation with CDL linkage, and IFTA multi-state mileage reporting. We test every workflow before handoff.
For the Standard package (up to 10 vehicles), we target 48 hours from kickoff to live dashboard. The Pro package (up to 50 vehicles + DOT compliance) typically takes 3–5 business days depending on hardware shipping and driver scheduling. We don't consider it done until every vehicle shows live on the map.
Our fee is one-time. You pay the GPS platform subscription directly (typically $25–$45/vehicle/month) — we're not in the middle and we don't mark it up. We include 30 days (Standard) or 60 days (Pro) of post-setup support for questions, adjustments, and adding vehicles, after which you run the platform yourself or can purchase additional support blocks.
