No hardware to provision. No developer needed. You configure your property, place a tablet, and guests self-serve from the first moment they arrive.

  1. Configure your property in the setup tool

    Name your host, write the welcome message, set your amenity menu and prices, choose which actions are enabled. The setup tool generates a launch URL, a scannable QR code, and a printable sign you can display next to the tablet. Takes about ten minutes per location.

  2. Place any tablet or display and open the URL

    Boojee Front Desk runs in a browser — on an iPad, a Fire tablet, a mounted display, or any screen you already have. Open the generated URL, lock the browser to kiosk mode, and you're live. No app installation, no hardware to purchase from us.

    Honest note: We do not sell hardware. Any tablet works. The kiosk interface is a mobile-optimised web app — it runs reliably on iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and most Chromium-based browsers.
  3. Guests self-serve — the host handles the routine

    Guests tap, type, or speak to the host. Amenity orders go through Stripe — guests scan a QR on their own phone and pay. Booking extensions check availability in real time. Concierge questions are answered from your property knowledge base. Anything that needs you is flagged immediately.

    What's automated vs. host-handled: Amenity payments (Stripe QR) and Wi-Fi info are fully automatic. Booking modifications (adding a night, changing dates) are routed to you for final confirmation — the kiosk initiates the request, you approve. Ride dispatch coordinates with Boojee Ride where available; elsewhere it notifies you. Concierge questions are AI-answered from your configured knowledge base.
  4. You see everything on the host dashboard

    Every guest action — order placed, extension requested, ride dispatched, question asked — appears on your host dashboard in real time. Escalations that need your response are surfaced with full context. You stay in control without being chained to a phone.

For the same monthly cost as roughly one business day of a full-time receptionist, the kiosk runs every hour of every day — handling the after-hours guest, the Sunday amenity order, the 2 a.m. Wi-Fi question that would otherwise go unanswered. That is the honest trade-off: it is not a full staff replacement, but for routine guest-facing tasks it extends your coverage window at a fraction of the staffing cost. Whether that trade-off makes sense depends entirely on your business — your judgment, not ours.
