Yes — you'll need an active entity with an EIN before we can open business accounts. If you're still in the formation stage, check out our Entity Setup service first. If you already have an EIN and your entity is registered with your state, you're ready to go.
Which banks do you work with?
We're bank-agnostic. We work with any institution — Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Regions, credit unions, and modern business-focused banks like Mercury, Relay, Bluevine, and Found. We'll recommend the right one based on your transaction volume, state, and business type, but the final choice is always yours.
What if I already have a business account — is there still value here?
Absolutely. Many business owners have a business account that wasn't set up correctly — wrong account type for their volume, no savings/reserve account, merchant accounts posting to personal accounts, or missing ACH capabilities. Our service audits what you have and fills the gaps, plus reconfigures your merchant processor links if needed.
How does the 3-day timeline work?
Day 1: You complete the intake form and we collect your entity documents. Day 2: We deliver your bank recommendation report and walk you through the account opening process with direct guidance. For accounts that require in-branch opening (some traditional banks), add 1–2 days for the visit.
What documents will I need?
You'll need your EIN confirmation letter (CP 575 or 147C from the IRS), your Articles of Organization or Incorporation, a government-issued photo ID, and your registered business address. Some banks also require an operating agreement (for LLCs) or bylaws (for corporations) — we'll flag this in your intake if it applies to you.
